As a registered training organisation (RTO), we offer nationally accredited training programs specifically tailored to meet the complex and diverse needs of the child and family services sector.

Our training programs are crafted by industry experts to ensure the child and family services workforce are equipped to deliver high-quality, informed care. Our focus is evidence-based practices, regulatory compliance, and building the capacity of those working to protect and support vulnerable children and families.

Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420)

The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management empowers you to inspire, engage, and lead the way in your workplace. Participants develop proactive leadership and initiative skills, learn to use sound judgment in planning and organising, and adopt effective communication and self-management strategies. Participants will also learn to skilfully design, implement, and evaluate solutions to emerging challenges and identify and analyse information from diverse sources.

Manage Personal and Professional Development (BSBPEF501)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to implement systems and process that support the personal and professional development of self and others.

Develop and Use Emotional Intelligence (BSBPEF502)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to develop and use emotional intelligence to increase self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management in the workplace

Develop Critical Thinking in Others (BSBCRT511)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to develop critical and creative thinking skills in others within a workplace context.

Facilitate Continuous Improvement (BSBSTR502)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage continuous improvement systems and processes. Particular emphasis is on the development of systems and the analysis of information to monitor and adjust performance strategies, and to manage opportunities for further improvements.

Manage Business Operational Plans (BSBOPS502)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to develop and monitor the implementation of operational plans to support efficient and effective workplace practices and organisational productivity and profitability.

Manage Organisational Customer Service (BSBOPS505)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to develop strategies to manage organisational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organisation.

Manage Business Risk (BSBOPS504)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to manage business risks in a range of contexts across an organisation or for a specific business unit or area in any industry setting.

Manage Budgets and Financial Plans (BSBFIN501)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to undertake financial management in an organisation or work area. It includes planning and implementing financial management approaches and supporting and evaluating effectiveness of financial management processes.

Manage People Performance (BSBLDR522)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to manage the performance of staff that are direct reports.

Manage Team Effectiveness (BSBTWK502)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to lead teams in the workplace and to actively engage with the management of the organisation.

Communicate With Influence (BSBCMM511)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to present and negotiate persuasively, lead and participate in meetings and make presentations to customers, clients and other key stakeholders.

Lead and Manage Effective Workplace Relationships (BSBLDR523)

This unit will equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage effective workplace relationships.
